eWDM Products
MRV's eWDM systems provide a simple, efficient, flexible and cost
effective solution for deploying Gigabit Ethernet services in Campus,
Metropolitan area access networks, highways, the transportation industry and
Cable TV MSOs.
The Ethernet WDM (eWDM) solution's building blocks are:
- OptiSwitch WDM
- pluggable module with WDM SFP
- LDP300 All Optics Chassis (passive)
- CWDM Optical Add-Drop Multiplexers (OADMs)

- OADM: O-BPSR and O-UPSR for system and fiber cut protection
- OptiSwitch GER module for fiber signal redundancy
- Protocol (RSTP, MPLS) redundancy
